Answer
Heli-Ops will accept students from foreign countries who have been in this country on legal visas. However, we do not actively recruit foreign students because we do not operate our flight school under Part 141 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. This means we cannot issue visas to foreigners to travel to the U.S. for flight training.
